Shipping: We ship all year.  Carrier provider is UPS ground in most cases. At times will also ship USPS priority when requested at no additional cost

 

Payment:  All orders with no exceptions must be paid in full prior to shipping. Most all forms of Credit Card payment are available, including Payment by Pay Pal via account Wayne@riverbendgardens.com

 

Exports: All supplies will require customs document $2.00 charge, shipping charges plus merchandise cost all billed at time of shipment.  We do ship plant material outside United States.  Minimum order outside of USA is $35.00 USD.

 

Guarantees & Returns: If for any reason you are not happy with your shipment please do not hesitate in informing us. Many of our customers have work with us for well over 10 years & we always take special care in all transactions to insure customers are happy with their orders. In any case, we cannot be responsible for returns or cost of returns made without return authorization. All plants are guaranteed to be in best health when shipped & true-to-name.
